Home Interior provides renovation, installation, maintenance and home improvement services as described in the agreed project scope. Any additional work must be approved before it begins.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotations are based on the information available at the time of preparation. Estimates may be updated if the project scope, materials or site conditions change.

3. Project Booking

A confirmed booking may require an agreed deposit or advance payment. Your project slot is considered secured once the required booking requirements have been completed.

4. Payments

Payments must be made according to the schedule stated in the quotation or service agreement. Any overdue balance may affect project scheduling or completion dates.

5. Scheduling & Access

We make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed project schedule. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled working hours.

6. Materials & Finishes

Materials, fixtures and finishes will be selected according to the approved project specification. Product availability may require reasonable substitutions with customer approval.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Changes to an approved project may affect the price and completion date. Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges or refunds, will depend on the stage of the project and agreed contract.

8. Workmanship & Warranties

Eligible workmanship is covered according to the warranty stated in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for supplied products remain subject to the individual manufacturer's terms and conditions.

9. Property & Customer Responsibilities

Customers should remove or protect valuable personal belongings from active work areas. Home Interior is not responsible for damage to undisclosed pre-existing defects or items that were not reasonably accessible during the agreed work.

10. Governing Terms & Contact

These terms apply to services provided by Home Interior and may be supplemented by the specific terms in your signed quotation or service agreement. For questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, please contact our team before approving a project.

1. Eligible Material Returns

Materials purchased through Home Interior, including tiles, fixtures, fittings and hardware, may be eligible for return when they are unused and remain in their original, unopened packaging.

2. Return Period

Eligible unused materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after this period may not qualify for a refund.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned materials must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Custom-made, specially ordered or installed materials may be subject to different return conditions.

4. Return Delivery Costs

When a return is required because of an error on our part, Home Interior will cover the applicable return delivery costs. Other return costs may be the customer's responsibility.

5. Completed Work

Completed services are handled through our rework guarantee rather than a standard product-return process. If finished work does not meet the agreed specification, we will review and correct the issue where covered.

6. Service Cancellations

Scheduled services may be cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice. When eligible, the deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to actual costs already incurred.

7. Deposit Deductions

Where a cancellation occurs inside the applicable notice period, we may retain only reasonable costs already incurred for crew scheduling, specially ordered materials or other project commitments.

8. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days.
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible.
• Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

9. Guarantee & Rework Claims

Covered workmanship or service issues are handled through the applicable guarantee or rework process. Customers do not need to purchase a new service to report an eligible workmanship issue.

10. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, refund or service review, contact care@homeinterior.info with your invoice or project details and supporting photographs where relevant. Our project team will review the request and provide the next steps.
